With your nutrition toolbox in hand, you’ll self-manage while we check in quarterly to keep you on track with your wellness journey.
What to expect in your first session.
Your first session is a chance to explore your health goals and create a personalized plan.
Understanding Your Relationship with Food:
We’ll discuss your eating habits, preferences, and views on food to identify areas like emotional eating, portion sizes, or meal planning where you may need support.
Exploring Food and Mood:
Food affects both mental and physical health. We’ll examine how your diet impacts your energy and mood and find ways to improve this connection.
Creating a Personalized Plan:
We’ll review your history, lifestyle, and goals to craft a sustainable plan. This is a safe space to start building a healthier relationship with food.
Pricing and Payment
We are Primarily cash pay, with the ability to accept some insurance plans depending on your individual coverage.

$160 for the first session (60-75 minutes)
$120- 140 for follow-up sessions (60 minutes)
or $35 per 15-minute prorated amount.

Initial Nutrition Assessment (60–90 min.): $150–$250
Follow-Up Nutrition Counseling (30–60 min.): $100–$175
Meal Planning Support (Included in sessions or standalone): $50–$100
Meal Support Sessions (30–60 min.): $75–$150
Grocery Shopping Guidance (60 min.): $100–$200
Food Exposure Therapy (60 min.): $100–$200
Family Nutrition Support (60 min.): $125–$200
Intuitive Eating Coaching (30–60 min.): $100–$150
Public Speaking and Workshops (60–90 min.): $300–$600+
Group Nutrition Counseling (60 min.): $40–$75 per person
Bundle & Save: 3 Sessions: $375

We are in-network with select plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield and other participating providers.
Out-of-Network Insurance: If we’re not in-network with your insurance, we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt for healthcare services). You may be able to file a claim for reimbursement, depending on your plan.
