More About The Owner and RD

Hi! I’m Jamala, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist based in Plano, TX. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center and have over five years of experience helping people find balance and joy in their nutrition journeys. I believe nutrition should be fun and personalized because no two paths to health are the same.

My approach focuses on ditching the all-or-nothing mindset—nutrition isn’t black and white; it’s vibrant and should reflect your unique lifestyle. Collaboration with other health professionals is a priority for me, ensuring comprehensive and effective care. Whether it’s creating a meal plan, modifying recipes, or exploring supplements, I strive to make the process enjoyable and empowering. Let’s transform nutrition into something that excites and inspires you!

xoxo,
